“Catharsis: The Remixes” Out Now on From 0-1
Seattle/San Francisco based From 0-1 Records have taken their game to new heights with their latest release, “Catharsis: The Remixes”, featuring Samuli Kemppi, The Automatic Message, John Massey, & Cyanwave. The 12″ dropped on Nov. 7th with some serious support behind it from the likes of Adam Beyer, Drumcell, Seth Troxler, and Perc, to name but a few, and has since gone on to garner more hype with each passing day.
This is techno done proper on all levels. From dark and driving head-fuck type shit with The Automatic Message’s remix of DJ Sodeyama’s “Moyonga”, up to the 4/4 peak-time jacker that is John Massey’s remix of Sone’s track, “Bunker”, (which was just featured on Adam Beyer’s Drumcode Radio) this release means business and is hopefully a sign of big things to come for this cutting-edge and no-nonsense label.
The digital release drops on Nov. 28th through Beatport and most other digital outlets. Click the links to listen/buy and head to From 0-1’s website for all the info regarding the label. Also, check out The Automatic Message’s disturbing-in-all-the-right-ways music video that accompanies the release, it definitely captures the visual equivalency of what these guys have been pushing out musically for the last 4 years.
