J.Rogers brings together a wealth of musical experience and styles with his unique sound. A graduate of music studies with a life-long obsession for production and performance of electronic music, his grasp of technique and theory is evident in the diverse music he creates. Rogers’ dubstep, minimal, techno, tech house and downtempo releases are supported by the likes of Mary Anne Hobbs, Dubfire, Headhunter, Laurent Garnier, DZ and Paco Osuna. As a member of the Surya Dub crew, co-founder of San Francisco’s Blipswitch.net online community, and labelhead of the Blipswitch Digital record label, Rogers is a busy man. His mix for Plasmodium is comprised completely of Blipswitch Records releases.
